In both Clash of Clans and Clash Royale you will find players aging from 8-9 years old (even if the minimum age is 13) to 50+ years old. Well, it seems that more and more Clash Royale players are getting their accounts stolen (most of them being kids).
So, if your kid is crying that his Clash Royale account has been stolen, you’ve come to the right place, as today we will give you some information about how to recover it.
Keep in mind that you will need to know some information about your account and in case the admin is not getting 100% sure that it is your account, there are chances that you will never “see” it again.
Clash Royale: Recovering Lost Account
- Open Clash Royale on your mobile device and head to Menu->Settings->Help and Support;
- Once the “Help and Supports” opens you will have to tap on the “Contact Us” button that’s located on the top-right screen;
- Use the following form to contact the support in-game:
Hi Supercell Support team, I can’t access my Clash Royale account. Can you please help me recover it?
Here are my account details:
My Username is: <account name here>
My Account level is: <account level here>
My Clan name is: < Clan name here>.
Keep in mind that there are many players losing their Clash Royale accounts daily. You will have to give the correct information so that the Support can find your lost account easier. Also, you can attach a screenshot of your account (if you have one), to make things easier for the support team.
The support team can also ask you more information about your account to be 100% sure it is your account. So, make sure that you answer correctly to the questions you’re asked.
HINT: Usually it takes about 3-5 days to recover a lost account, so you will need to be patient.
